Freelance Writing and Editorials: I really love working with brands to develop unique and specific content for your products/services. Whether that includes freelance recipe development, editorial writing, guest posting, or any other type of editorial task, I would love to discuss any ideas you may have.
Sponsored Posts: I love writing sponsored posts for brands that offer products that would be of interest to My California Roots readers. If you have ideas about content that you think would connect with my readers, let me know!
Brand Ambassadorship: I would love to consider any opportunity to represent your brand, product and/or service over an extended period of time as a brand ambassador. Partnership opportunities can include sharing your brand with my readers via blog posts, social media touting, ad spaces, and more.
Recipe Development: I love creating new recipes, and especially love developing special recipes and entertaining ideas to feature specific products and/or brands. These recipes can be developed for an external site or publication, or the opportunity can be discussed to publish the recipe on My California Roots. I am also available to cook, style, photograph and edit original or pre-written recipes if needed.
Food Styling & Photography: I have many years of experience with professional food styling, and am available to style and photograph recipes upon request at a very reasonable price. I can either shoot all the photographs in my home studio, or am available to travel to shoot on location.
Company Events, Press Trips or Retreats: I am available to attend company events, press trips and/or retreats to share with my readers. I look forward to the chance to learn more about your brand, network with other attendees, and share the experience with my readers via social media (if desired). Follow-up blog post(s) can also be arranged.
Giveaways and Product Reviews: Giveaways and reviews are without a doubt some of the favorite posts on My California Roots! If you have a product or service that you feel would connect with my readers, please contact me. I would love to discuss hosting a review and/or giveaway on the site. Brand Disclosures:
I will always disclose to my readers the nature of partnerships with brands. Readers have access to a full disclosure policy found on My California Roots. I will also include a small disclaimer at the end of any post which is written on behalf of a company or partner, per FTC guidelines. I will make readers aware if money or product was exchanged for the post. Honesty and transparency are huge priorities as I work with brands, and my readers know that compensation will never “buy” a positive review. That said, I love the opportunity to promote brands, products and services that are a good fit!
